The staff were helpful. My room was quite spacious. It had a lovely window (I always appreciate natural light!). I enjoyed that there was a supermarket very close to the hotel.
The breakfast was disappointing. The scrambled eggs were cold. the machine dispensed hot water that did not taste very good (perhaps it needs a cleaning?). The towels in the bedroom felt old and rough.

i was told that the hotel is four stars. the experience did not match my expectations. the amenities were minimal. i think i should have brought my own soap because their soap was tiny.

i found the location convenient , close to many shops , cafes and restaurants. the staff was friendly and the room was really clean. i felt safe in the area.
the check-in process was a bit slow. it was time consuming , though i had fully paid for the nights.
